People can instantly hear your voice when you speak on your live webinar. Your audience can see what you are demonstrating on the screen of your computer, whether you are showing a video, presenting PowerPoint, showing your desktop, showing a webpage or even someone else's desktop. What can you therefore do to ensure that your webinar is the most prepared and responsive webinar possible? These four important things which are; rehearsing, engaging, teaching and pitching can help your webinar be very successful.
This is the reason why I have a very important webinar very soon with close to 200 attendees. If you intend on talking for about an hour, it does not take so much effort to go for just an hour and ask someone to have a look at the recording and what to remember once the webinar goes live. You will be much more prepared if you do this.
Make sure that you engage your audience when you run your presentation on your webinar. You can have a quick poll which you can use to take a one minute break from speaking and ask them to answer a question so that you can know the kind of audience you are actually dealing with, to direct the conversation in a certain way or to prove a specific point. If are teaching your audience how to list build, you may ask them whether they are more interested in building a list that is new, writing a respond or keeping subscribers engaged or getting them to buy. Based on the most common answer that you get, you can then steer the conversation in that way.
Make sure you teach in your webinar presentation because it is very boring to have a call where all your entire audience knows what exactly you intend on talking about. It is also boring to be on a call where the only thing you are doing is selling. Educate your audience about the issue that your offer will be addressing. Tell your audience a little information about what exactly they should do to convince them you are an expert in your field.
Once you are done with that, you can then pitch them. You have now taught them something and it would be unfair to leave them like that. You should tell them the next step involves getting a complete training and not just the quick training you just gave them by heading to a certain link and becoming a member. You can inform them that your membership site contains more videos or even live webinars.
You must ensure that you follow these four important things, which are; rehearsing before the start of your webinar, engaging your audience, teach your audience something useful and pitch at the close of your live webinar training session.
